GIFT CARDS

Gift cards purchased online or in-store can't be used on sale products which required a discount code or are marked off. If your order contains a sale item and a gift card is used to purchase it then this portion order will be refunded.

RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.

Return of sale goods must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. Please note the return period is also applicable to purchases where collection in store has been selected.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURNS PROCESS

To return an item please use the online returns portal. You will need your order # and the email you used to make the online purchase.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 21 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 7-10 working days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your banking company. We will notify you by email when you return has been processed.
